John McArthur founded JMAC in 2003, and he holds a mechanical engineering degree from N.J.I.T and an Executive Master's of Technology Management from the Steven's Institute of Technology. John graduated both schools with highest honors and then spent 8 years in the high tech field specializing in the design of cellular phones & optical amplifiers. He worked for three of the largest telecoms in the world, Bell Laboratories, Motorola, & JDS Uniphase. Being an engineer, he understands quality.
